South Beach Day 17


I'm struggling to find interesting, South Beach compliant things to eat. Pinterest - here I come this weekend!

Breakfast was 2 slices of turkey bacon and some leftover chicken sausage, peppers, mushrooms and light laughing cow cheese.



Morning snack

Lunch was a Jimmy John's Beach Club unwich (Turkey breast, avocado spread, cucumber, cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayo - but I held the mayo) 


Afternoon snack
Dinner was non-compliant meat (chicken with Shake n Bake and crockpot ribs) hubby had cooked and green beans. 


Dessert was plain non-fat Greek yogurt with cocoa powder, vanilla extract and blueberries.


I didn't workout. I didn't track my water. I am seriously on the struggle bus.
